## How it works

*Sign off the work you see done*

1. **Start from a template.** Pick a ready-made sign-off from Quinn, like an AC tune-up. It becomes your own to change.
2. **Choose who observes.** Set who watches the work. Here, each tech’s manager observes them.
3. **Assign it to techs.** Pick the techs. Quinn shows who will observe each one before you assign.
4. **Watch the work and score each check.** The manager scores each check as the tech does the job, with a note where it fell short.
5. **Request another attempt.** Not there yet? The manager says what to work on, and the tech sees it right away.
6. **Approve on the next try.** Next time, the manager approves it, and the sign-off shows as done.
7. **See where everyone stands.** See how many are signed off, what’s still open, and how long approvals take.
