Quinn is building an end-to-end agentic training platform for the blue collar and deskless workforce. Think of it as an AI-powered team that can do everything a human trainer does: create courses, teach, assess, and adapt in real time.

Training software today is a $30B market, but companies spend another $370B on humans training other humans. It's that latter part that is a brand new opportunity with the advent of AI and with Quinn we hope to fundamentally reshape that $400B market.

We're backed by world-class investors and already generating revenue with hundreds of paying customers. Our founders have built and scaled multiple companies, including a billion-dollar exit. This is the team, the market, and the moment.

About the Role

We're looking for a Founding Engineer who is obsessed with building. Years of experience matter less to us than what you've built, how fast you shipped it, and whether real people used it.

You'll work in our NYC office alongside the founders, shipping fast in a role that touches everything: backend, frontend, infrastructure, AI, and product. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the engineering culture, architecture, and eventually the team itself.

This role is based in-office 3-5 days per week in NYC (Flatiron area).

What We're Looking For

You build things.

You have a portfolio of projects, side projects, or products you've shipped. You don't wait for specs. You see a problem and you build the solution. Whether it's a startup you launched, an open source project, a tool that got traction, or features you owned end-to-end at a previous company, you can point to real things in the world that exist because of you.

You're deeply technical.

You care about how things work under the hood. You have strong opinions about system design, read about new technologies for fun, and can go deep on CS fundamentals. Full-stack proficiency is ideal (we use Go backend, TypeScript frontend), but we value technical depth and learning speed over matching our exact stack.

You're entrepreneurial.

You think like a founder, not an employee. You're the type of person who could start your own company, and maybe you have. You want ownership, autonomy, and the accountability that comes with both. You proactively identify opportunities and move on them without being asked.

You're ready to go all in.

We're at a critical moment in AI and we're moving fast. This isn't a 9-to-5. We need someone who is always thinking about Quinn, brings real urgency, and is willing to trade short-term earning potential for a shot at building something generational.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features quickly while maintaining quality standards that directly impact customer success.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy, balancing speed with scalability as we grow.
• Leverage AI tools aggressively to accelerate development and establish best practices for AI-assisted engineering.
• Own features end-to-end, from conception through design, implementation, and deployment.
• Work directly with founders and customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Shape engineering culture and practices that will scale with rapid team growth.
• As the team grows, play a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and developing future engineers.

Compensation

• Salary: $200,000 – $225,000
• Equity: 1–2% stock options
