**Quinn File Storage connects your organization's Google Drive to Quinn's Knowledge Base.** Once connected, the files and folders you select sync into Quinn so your team can search them and ask questions about their contents through Quinn's AI assistant.

## How Quinn uses your Google data

Quinn File Storage requests **read-only** access to Google Drive (the `drive.readonly` scope), used solely to read the folders and files you select and sync their contents into your Quinn Knowledge Base for search and question-answering. Quinn **never modifies, deletes, or shares** your Drive files, and only accesses the content you choose to connect.

Quinn File Storage's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
