Quinn File Sync — Dropbox Integration

Quinn File Sync connects your organization's Dropbox to Quinn's Knowledge Base. Once connected, the files and folders you select sync into Quinn so your team can search them and ask questions about their contents through Quinn's AI assistant.

What it does

How Quinn uses your Dropbox data

Quinn File Sync requests read-only access to Dropbox and accesses only the folders and files you explicitly select to connect. The contents of the files you choose are read solely to sync them into your Quinn Knowledge Base for search and question-answering. Quinn never modifies, deletes, or shares your Dropbox files, and requests no write access of any kind.

Permissions Quinn requests

Every scope below is read-only — Quinn requests no write, edit, or delete access:

• account_info.read — identify the connected account.
• files.metadata.read — list the folders and files you select to sync.
• files.content.read — read the contents of the files you select so they can be indexed into your Knowledge Base.
• sharing.read — resolve shared-folder metadata for the content you select.
