Email Login and Password

📌 Overview

Quinn supports secure email-and-password login. Both admins and users can update passwords depending on their role.

🔐 Enable Email/Password Login (Org Level)

To allow password-based login across your entire organization:

Step 1: Access Settings

Go to Settings → General.

Step 2: Enable Email + Password Login

Toggle on Email + Password Login.

Step 3: Login Method Updated

When enabled, Quinn hides all other login methods for consistency.

✅ Change Password as an Admin

Admins can update any user's password from the Organization Admin Tool:

Step 1: Navigate to Members

Go to the Settings page and navigate to Members.

Step 2: Change User Password

On the Members page, you can change a user's password by clicking the "..." icon and selecting Change Password.

Individual Users

Individual users can change their own password at any time from their account settings.

💡 Tips

• Strong passwords improve account security.

• If email/password login is disabled, users may only log in through other methods (e.g., magic link).

• Admins should only change passwords when absolutely necessary.
