Translate Course

📌 Overview

Quinn makes it easy to translate your course into multiple languages — including both the voiceover and on-screen text. Once you add a language, Quinn handles the translation automatically and learners can choose their preferred language when they play the course.

Step 1: Open the Language Menu

• Click the language icon in the upper right corner of your course editor.

• Select Add Translation.

Step 2: Choose a Language

• Choose the language you want to add from the list.

• Click Add.

Step 3: Save and Let Quinn Translate

• Click Save — Quinn will automatically begin translating your course.

• Once the loading icon disappears, your translated version is ready to use.

Step 4: Learner Language Selection

When learners play the course, they can select their preferred language from the language picker. Quinn will deliver the course in their chosen language.

💡 Tips

• You can add multiple translations to a single course to support teams across different regions.

• Wait for the loading icon to disappear before making edits to the translated version.

• If needed, you can edit translated voiceover and text using the same tools as the original course.
