Skills Assessments
Assessments are a powerful way to identify knowledge gaps across your team and use Quinn to close them — either during onboarding or at any regular cadence (quarterly, bi-annually, etc.).

Two Types of Assessments

Self-Assessments
Individuals rate themselves on a 0–5 scale across a defined list of skills.
We can help generate or customize this skill list.
Useful for understanding perceived vs actual competency across teams.
Quinn surfaces trends and recommends training to address weak areas.

Skill Checks (Knowledge Assessments)
A more traditional test format: individuals answer objective questions.
Designed to evaluate actual knowledge and proficiency.
Ideal for validating baseline knowledge or tracking progress over time.
Quinn uses the results to suggest or auto-generate targeted training modules.
