Quinn and Rilla: why field-sales teams use both

What is the difference between Quinn and Rilla?

Rilla analyzes real customer conversations after they happen. Quinn provides courses and simulated practice before and between those conversations. Teams may use Rilla to identify coaching opportunities and Quinn to turn those opportunities into repeatable practice across the workforce.

If you run in-home sales for an HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or home-improvement company, you may already use Rilla. It's a strong product: a "virtual ride-along" that records sales conversations, transcribes them, and shows managers where reps went off track.

Buyers sometimes ask us, "We already have Rilla. Isn't that the same thing?"

It isn't. Rilla shows you what happened on the call. Quinn is where your team practices so the next call goes better.

How they work together

  1. Rilla finds the pattern. Say the whole team is losing the same "I need to think about it" objection.
  2. Quinn builds the fix. A roleplay where reps practice that exact objection against your value-based sales process, scored on the steps you care about. You can even build scenarios from real call transcripts of your best reps.
  3. Everyone practices, not just the one rep who got reviewed. Quinn assigns it, sends reminders by text, and tracks who passed.
  4. Rilla confirms it stuck. The next month's calls show whether behavior changed.

If you already have Rilla transcripts, you're ahead: put your best (and worst) real conversations into Quinn and turn them into practice scenarios, so reps can rehearse without "blowing" real customers.

What Quinn covers that call recording doesn't

  • Technician onboarding and technical skills, including 3D equipment simulations
  • CSR and dispatcher training, including ServiceTitan workflow simulations
  • Safety and compliance, with audit-ready records
  • Soft skills for techs, who talk to more homeowners than your salespeople do

If you choose not to record real customer calls, Quinn's roleplays still provide a controlled environment for seeing and improving how employees handle customer conversations.
