Quinn and ServiceTitan: training your team on the system they run on
Can Quinn train technicians and CSRs on ServiceTitan?
Yes. Quinn builds clickable simulations of your ServiceTitan workflows, so technicians, CSRs, and dispatchers practice the actual steps (booking, dispositions, estimates, memberships) before doing them in front of a customer. Quinn is not an official ServiceTitan product or integration. If you provide your ServiceTitan data, an outcome analysis comparing trained employees with a control group can be scoped with your Quinn team.
If your company runs on ServiceTitan, it is the business. Calls get booked there, jobs get dispatched there, estimates are built there, and memberships are sold there. So when a new CSR or tech doesn't know ServiceTitan, it shows up right away: wrong dispositions, missed memberships, estimates built the hard way, and a senior person pulled off their own work to help.
At many home-services companies, new hires learn ServiceTitan on the job, from whoever has time to show them. Quinn gives them somewhere to practice first. It works alongside ServiceTitan rather than competing with it: ServiceTitan stays the system your team runs on, and Quinn handles the training around it.

None of this needs a ServiceTitan connection. Quinn is not an official ServiceTitan product or integration: the simulations are built and run in Quinn, and the only ServiceTitan data Quinn sees is what you choose to provide for an outcome analysis.
Practice ServiceTitan workflows before a customer is on the line
Quinn's ServiceTitan Library turns ServiceTitan workflows into clickable simulations: booking a call, setting a disposition, building an estimate, and selling a membership. Techs, CSRs, and dispatchers practice the actual clicks before they do it with a customer on the line.
Because the simulation runs in Quinn, nobody practices in your live ServiceTitan account, and practice runs don't leave test jobs behind.
Simulations of your own ServiceTitan setup
Your Quinn team can also build simulations of how your company uses ServiceTitan, from your SOPs (for example, "this is how we do online estimates"), with assessments to check that people learned it. ServiceTitan's own training covers how the software works. Quinn covers how your company uses it.
See technical and software simulations for more on how Quinn's simulations work.
Practice the customer conversation around the software
ServiceTitan is where the estimate gets built. Presenting the options to a homeowner who only wants the cheapest price is a different skill. Quinn's AI roleplays let techs and CSRs practice those conversations out loud and get instant feedback and a score based on your process: introductions, diagnosis walkthroughs, good-better-best presentations, and membership offers.
Measure training against your ServiceTitan numbers
Completion rates don't pay the bills. Close rate, average ticket, membership conversion, and callbacks do, and those numbers live in ServiceTitan.
For customers who want an outcome analysis, Quinn can work from ServiceTitan data you provide. If your company keeps a copy of its ServiceTitan data in Snowflake, Quinn can read that copy, read-only, once a day, and compare trained participants with a control group.
Every outcome analysis is scoped with you: which data you share, which metrics are available, how the comparison is designed, how often you see results, and what the comparison can and can't tell you about cause and effect.
This is separate from roster sync. Quinn doesn't get your employee list from ServiceTitan. Members and groups come from your HRIS, or you invite them directly in Quinn.
Answers in the field
Ask Quinn answers questions by text message or phone call, using your organization's knowledge base: your policies, SOPs, and handbooks. It answers from the content you've added, so if you want it to handle ServiceTitan questions the way your company does things, add your ServiceTitan SOPs to the knowledge base.
Quinn and ServiceTitan Academy
If you're on ServiceTitan, you've probably looked at ServiceTitan Academy. It's a useful starting point for learning the platform. Quinn addresses a different layer: how your company uses ServiceTitan, the procedures around it, and the conversations employees have with customers.

How ServiceTitan companies roll out Quinn
- Pick the workflows that hurt most. Usually that's booking and dispositions for CSRs, and estimates and memberships for techs.
- Your Quinn team builds them. Courses, ServiceTitan simulations, and roleplays, branded as yours.
- Get your people in. Connect your HRIS so new hires are enrolled automatically, or invite a pilot group directly in Quinn to start.
- Read the results. Track progress in Quinn. If you've scoped an outcome analysis, review the control-group comparison with your Quinn team on the schedule you agreed.
Common questions
Does practice happen in our live ServiceTitan account?
No. The simulations run in Quinn, and Quinn has no connection to your ServiceTitan account, so practice can't create jobs or change records there.
Does Quinn write back to ServiceTitan?
No. For an outcome analysis, Quinn only reads a copy of the ServiceTitan data you provide. It doesn't send anything to ServiceTitan.
