Quinn and Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams support is coming soon
Does Quinn integrate with Microsoft Teams?
Not yet. We're building Microsoft Teams support, but Quinn doesn't connect to Teams today. In the meantime, Quinn reaches frontline employees another way: training links go out by text message or email, and people open courses on their phone with no app to install. If Teams matters for your rollout, request early access and tell us how you use it.
Plenty of companies run their day in Microsoft Teams, so it's a fair question: can training live there too? Here's where things stand.
Coming soon: Quinn in Microsoft Teams
We're building Microsoft Teams support. The goal is for people who already work in Teams to get their Quinn training there without switching apps. Scope and timing aren't final, so we aren't publishing a feature list or a date. We'll update this page when it's available.
How Quinn reaches your team today
Not everyone on a frontline team works in Teams. Quinn doesn't depend on it:
- Text message: training links go out by text, so employees open a course on their phone with no app to install.
- Email: training links can go out by email too.
- Questions: when Ask Quinn is turned on for your organization, employees can ask questions by text or phone call and get answers from your knowledge base, such as policies, SOPs, and handbooks.
- Roster sync: if your employee data lives in an HRIS, Quinn can keep members and groups in step with it. See HRIS integrations.
The SOPs your team already shares in Teams can still become training: Quinn builds courses from your SOPs, with no Teams connection needed.
